Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item shows no visible signs of damage
- All original packaging is intact
- Any sign of damage will void the LustShield™ guarantee.
Please note: Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days. Certain products, including intimate garments, sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases, are exempt from returns.
To complete your return, we may require proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
